Maintaining the records of all official papers. monthly report and other reports like production, water injection itc, Official latter , notes reports etc data entry for documents, conversion of hard copies to soft documents. utilization of various equipment for communication and official purpose. Forwards information by receiving and distribution communications collection and mailing correspondence, copying information.
