Everything, particularly the manager This experience was so terrifying that I wish I had never gone through the recruitment process. As a fresher, I was always terrified that even though I worked really hard and the results did not come, it did not mean I did not work. If you guys are unsure if we do our work correctly, open the office, do it at WFO, and then check out gladly to see if we will work or not, my confidence is tarnished with this. I do not know why you even hire the fresher if you will not give them proper training and understanding, simply blaming them for their own error. This is a truly toxic work culture. Despite being an MNC, you do not handle things that way. I have stopped taking lunch and DNR breaks because of the work pressure, and I can not even sleep without worrying about whether you guys will remove me right away. If we can not submit, we will even have to work on Saturday.
