Hi, I'm currently drawing a salary of 27.7 (25.3 is fixed) LPA in my current organization and I got a new offer for 39LPA (33.3 is fixed and 1L joining bonus total 40) I'm almost going to complete by 2 years in my current organization and overall I have 11 years experience as QA. ...I was a learner , my boss was helpful enough to make me understand work ethics . The staffs were at times supportive and salary was paid on time though i started with less.

As I started with my career at Prabhat Engg , it was good on my part to learn about erection work. I also gained knowledge about shutdown of unit and the repair or installation work at site. It was to be a great experience working there.

Honestly speaking the remuneration was to be good but it took 3 months for them to credit your salary.
