Management, no incentives, manager has to do field work, dirty politics, higher management they get good salary then too they are not scared of doing fraud in terms of customers money or any stock be it accessories or anything, they can fire anyone at any moment if you are against them or if they want to hire their set of people.

Happy To work with AML, the policy and work environment is good, on time salary payment, wait a long time for any innovation, work lie balance is better compared with Hyderabad market, choice To grow next level if proved, travel and employees policies are on total employees favor.

No, I loved To work at PPS Motors, as this company COO is very creative To drive the company in such a way every employee is deserve To do his duty and also preferred To balance To other portion of life that is family.

the only good thing about this company is they pay salary to their employee on time fix date, rather than that there is no support from the seniors for the new comers....there is no system or instant decision/approval giving rights.

...et......first they have to remove few senior post peoples who are for no use....only coming to office and taking salary. few are always engaged with ladies staff and disrespect the male staff in front of them....also uses abusive language with male staff many times.

Overall company is good in terms of salary timely payments, older company in Hyderabad and big group...

Most worst in terms of treatment, un parliamentary language by top management, no job security, lots of politics...
