Poor Team leadership at management level who rather than supporting their teams await year end to put all blames to their teams/juniors to save their day! Abusive and ill cultured management. HR guys are all Manmohan-ed! Poor work life balance and family suffers most of the time.

... point of view, tremendous pressure will be here but you will learn many things. If your ready to work in sales pressure with good salary and growth then join this company. For Technical service, hectic traveling is here, no personal life.

Good Pay master ; but extremely poor work life balance . Everything is manual and like govt job, for everything approval is needed . Innovation and automation is not there. IT team is the worst. Most of the people who can do buttering , don’t work but take all credits and get promotion. Management is aware of those idiots but are helpless

...FMCG or FMCD industry. Best support to learn new skills and develop existing. Salary and allowance is best in industry. If you perform not only in sales, but also in overall development of the company, you can expect promotion faster.
