I haven't got the salary properly (I was denied to give the salary of my full 15 working days). Adding to that my salary was also very low. And my incentives was also deducted due to silly reasons from my supervisor. The company use to pressurise the employees a lot in order to fulfill the target.

Dislikes

The company pressurises the employees a lot. Salary used to come in very lately (16-30th) of the month. My salary was also not properly given by the company.

It was nice working here. I was a fresher when i started working here nd I learned many things i got to know how to survive the workplace and most important thing is I completed my targets and i was rewarded.

Nothing was there to dislike i need to change my job for more experience that is why i am seeking for job

Retention offer

Hello, Current offer from CG - Total 21.5L, fixed as 19.4 and rest bonus Retention offer from Deloitte - Total 19.1, fixed as 15.5 and rest bonus (4L) I understand the offer is less but my manager explained that Deloitte's hikes are better in the market and on an average, I can get 15% every year with good performance. The same hikes in CG are around 5-6% so financially, my salary growth will definitely be more in Deloitte. Please give me suggestions. I have good management and projects in Deloitte with WLB but I would like to have some perspective on offered CTC too
