... work from home option. They had even threatened me of removing me from the job. As I questioned such a behavior, company deducted 50% of my salary even though I had been working effectively. I don't recommend anybody to join this company. The life in "Pozibility Technologies Pvt Ltd" will be hell.

Fake! out of 100 hardly 5-6 people will go to clients place remaining all are on bench only!

There is a VLSI Training institute. Goldenlight VLSI now they have changed the name. That institute is run by this CEO Ayyamma. She had promised job in her company i.e Pozibility Technologies for all of us. But later she said we can't place you Market is down now. we had spent 1 year in that institute paid them 60-70 thousand. but all our 1 year got ruined and our Money was also wasted.

They will be like use and through, They will take money for training and trainers are previous batch students only. After that they will arrange one or two interviews with experience. If you are not selected they will terminate.
