Salary Negotiation in an interview

Hi, I have had a first round of interview with the company. And mentioned my salary expectations as 15- 20% from my previous LPA. But after that I feel like I have undervalued my expectations. Being in the field for 9 years with the required skill, considering the market and the prospect company is a well known builder, i should have asked more. Anyway a face to face interview is scheduled next week. How to ask them a higher salary from what I have mentioned earlier. And how much I can ask more. Please help. Thanks in advance.

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Currently due to covid 19 not paying salary since 4 months.management was so poor,Team leader always doing partiality between order entry and art team he always supporting order entry becouse team leader nothing knowledge about art.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesnt address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign but due to covid 19 in may HR call me and forcing me to resign....

Flexible working hrs means no work life balance. Have to co ordinate with team members even though you are having lunch Salary is credited to account on 20 of the subsequent month Senior are always busy not available to help No proper rnd on new technologies before applying
