my deep concern regarding my current salary. As we are aware, I have been working diligently for your company as a trainee engineer and salary is too low. According to my point of view the salary should be in between 3.5 to 4.5 lpa and i get approximately 13000 in hand

...any more , it is a good banner company , management is very good at many points. Salary Increment is good, work independently , Teamwork is very nice all the employee is very cooperative and disciplined etc.

I dislike company Salary Credit process, after completing 02 months service , on third month we are getting 01 month salary , Company are not good to recruiting correct candidate , Specially On Higher level they are not selecting right candidate

...oes not exist and different sites work independently depending upon the project value and hence the employee salary and other benefits totally depends upon the project value of that particular site.

Good companies only salary delays but work culture is familyer and most things as per given target by client we are achieving timely.

Language issue some people are use local language like tamil ,talgue etc.

Company is good for freshers. It's operation & maintanance section also good . Accommodation,food & transportation also good. U can learn or developed your skill if u dedicated to your job. Otherwise complete your work hour for watching time.

If I discuss about dislike of this company mainly project side you don't get salary punctually. It may b taken 2 or 3 month or may b more.
