This company can be better if the office politics kept aside and treat every employee equally.

Office politics. Not every employee treated equally. They have different rules for the older employee and the new joinee. The seniors are not very helpfull. The employee can't keep their point of view it is considered as argument.

My experience with Potenza Global Solutions was extremely disappointing due to their poor management and the lack of expertise displayed by the Team leader I worked with. Throughout my internship, I encountered numerous issues that were caused by miscommunication and a lack of direction from management and team leader. Additionally, the Jitendra Upadhyay(Team Leader) and Accountant I worked with lacked the necessary skills and experience to complete the project as agreed upon, resulting in a final intership that did not meet my expectations. And also, not providing intern guide. Despite attempts to address these issues with the team leader, I found them unresponsive and not helpful in resolving health problems. And also, not providing stipend as per the diccusion during the university placement and saying that you are not working in the live project. So, there are going to be some missed discussions with the intern and forced to do labor work with the living project with the trainees. In addition, the team leader's lack of leadership skills and communication skills were also concerning. I have encountered several instances where the team leader did not respond or respond to health issues and it was difficult to obtain clear responses or information on the progress of my project. Overall, my experience with Potenza Global Solutions was very frustrating and I would not recommend them to others in need of software development services.

Work environment and teammates are really good and supportive. Especially Yasin Shaikh and Imran Mansuri was the one who helped me a lot to bring my skills and utilize them in sales. Thanks Again!

I am grateful for Mitesh sir CEO of PGS. He is so kind and responsive that every employee dream for. I also did like working with my managers Rupika singh and Nikhil Jakhotia. They both are quite helpful to make me who I am today. Also the development team is so friendly and cheerful.

Since last 1 n half year I worked in Potenza Global Solutions and it's outstanding experience to work here.When I joined here, I am a fresher, Since past 1.5 year, I learned everyday, faces the challenge's and learned from my mistake and also teammates are extremely supportive.
