If you get done with your daily work you need to work on other side tasks and every day need to work at list 2 hours over time Company timeing is 10:30 to 7:30 but you need to work 9:00 pm or sometimes it will be 10 or also after that you need to WFH also

Worst Experience ever - they have mind set like if your not working minimum 10+ hour a day then your not working also need to stay in office from 10 am to 10 pm - if you think to join posit source you need to forgot your family

Time is not fixed No respect in work env

No job security and lot of politics is played between TL and intern.

Interns are hired on basis of how much amount of makeup girls put on their face. No matter what skills you have. CEO is not even bothered about who is hired.

If you are looking only for money then this is good company for you.

Dislikes

No work life balance. Its common to stay late night for work in this company and they don't have solution for that. No role hierarchy. They hire mostly intern candidates.
