Absence of employee re-hire policy. The work pressure is very high employee have to work extra hours daily and have to work on weekand. That to without any compensation

Location in jungle where you will not get any basic services, like hospital also company not care about, if some accident happens with you, you had to wait for 3 hr for medical help because for that you required to be moved to pune or Mumbai

Many things to learn under Korean Management. Decipline is always at its peak. You have to be very quick in giving response to emails or phone calls or chats with colleagues and Korean bosses.

No job security at all. Our whole branch (Mumbai) was sacked and office was shut down.
