...w joiners do not receive a laptop benefit as they need to arrange it themselves. A wifi allowance of 700 is paid for work from home, and extra pay is given for working on Saturdays.

There should be more opportunities for working from home. However, it's important to spend at least 2 days a week in the office for team bonding. Leaders are expected to be in the office every day except Saturdays. The quality of the food boxes provided is sometimes subpar, and the food choices are not satisfactory. Many of us end up discarding it as a result. The quality of office trips and dinner parties has declined compared to earlier times. HR has issued warning letters to employees who have been with Porter for 6 years. The employee has no prior history of any written or verbal warnings. There was a significant oversight by HR, as they only found out about the issue through the employee, yet still issued the warning letter. Porter or other employees were not affected by the miss in any way, still this action was taken. This is demoralizing and affects the employee's chances for a raise for the year, as the policy states that any warning letter results in no promotion or raise.

Only salary comes timely else everything is full of politics the worst environment experience of my life here only that employee can work who is zero in performance and excellent in politics and one more thing company has filled such useless employee in management who are least interested in working and highly interested in politics.
