...grow. Training for field staff is not that effective like my previous companies. Initially they give you a good package ... appraisal amount is again low. 0-10%. But I can balance my work life and personal.

Their work life balance is good. Salary is good but appraisal is not that great.

The office politics especially in Kolkata branch is terrible. Working in Ops is fine but don't look for this company if you are a sales professional who is superenergetic, goal driven and think out of the box. Sales management is terrible.

it is an Excellent and well organized establishment, with skill development and learning, wonderful job security, and good salary and benefits. I will be able to talk more about portea medical when I'm fully employed. By God's grace.

I cannot really say much about my dislike working at protea medical. But I will be able to tell better what my dislikes are when I'm considered and highered to work.

I'm very much satisfied with the work and salary And my RM apsar shaik sir and hod Kishore sir and physio operator sai sir and hr hemalatha mam supported well to work here.i really thankful to all my team and portea gave the opportunity to prove myself here. Gratitude towards portea .thank you.

Giving long distance cases from my place and doesn't produce annual calendar. Public holidays are not giving.

My abilities of work were not recognized. Low monitoring of management. Biased work culture. No growth on job security. Managers have a habit of bluffing. HR policies are very outdated.
