Hi, I'm currently drawing a salary of 27.7 (25.3 is fixed) LPA in my current organization and I got a new offer for 39LPA (33.3 is fixed and 1L joining bonus total 40) I'm almost going to complete by 2 years in my current organization and overall I have 11 years experience as QA. I joined the company 2 years ago, when we were a small incubatee of the Atal Incubation Centre-CCMB. The amount of growth I have seen in this company, both personally and in the company itself, is immense. It is a testament to the level of dedication to good R&D that everyone in the company inherently has. This is a very active R&D atmosphere where everyone, from all levels of corporate hierarchy, is encouraged to contribute to the scientific progress. It is also to be noted that contributions are always noticed and rewarded at PopVax.

As with many startups, there is a sense of urgency. But it is a good kind of urgency, since it aids progress. The pace can sometimes be a little overwhelming, though.
