Good working experience, learn alot while working, good staff members, great working environment

No motivation given to staff, not getting appreciate for good work, suddenly changed my working roal, no good salary, Plant head is just a useless guy he don't know anything and asking for results, continuously shouting at everyone, extrem pressure. Not taking care of employees, basics things are not provide properly. Management policy is not that good.

Worse company,only a grosser shop...all worker r good but plant head Harsha guzzar nature is very rude in the pressure of honour son amar kadakiya,they cheat with me ,before joing they said that they will provide automation traing but after joing refuse, No value of engineer

...me time its behaviour is crosses human bearing limit, Some cheat also:their H.R. promise me to give diwali bonus after releaving but not given....

Respect about the staff member is good , yearly increament base on performance of employees..

Basic facilities is poor like seating arrangement for workshop staff, dirty washroom, shopfoor cleaning not proper..
