Work pressure is something you need to digest. Managers and Tl's are not supporting everyone equally. Customer support system is very bad. Because of pressure I saw executive's start lying to customer's, to achieve their targets.

Honest work experience 💯. Pls read carefully before joining this company. This company is not capable to get single star ratings, also. It is one of the worst organization. Management doesn't care about employees. Some new joined employees left the company in one day because of the worst working environment and partiality. This company don't have many clients, and TL and Manager torture employees to achieve their targets. That's why many employees are leaving the company. New joined employees will not get offer letter on the joining date. You'll get it on after 15 to 20 days, 👉and there is a 6-month bond u have to sign. ID card will be provided after 3 months of joining. Sometimes employees need to work till 8pm or 8.30pm to achieve daily targets. These people tell you nicely that if u have any problems, pls tell us, Once you tell your problems they don't care about that...

Nothing to like here they treat really so bad

No job security any time they will remove us. No freedom to even talk to the co workers. They dnt bother abt the culture or employees. The rest rooms are not clean. Not safe for girls. Freshers dnt ever think to join Bec for experience ones oly they dnt treat wel. Totally lots of partiality.
