In this co. The boss are treated to employeess is like a gulaam... In this co. No salary is in time and salary period is 20 to 20 and release the salary next month.. salary ek mahine baad milegi...Working hours 12 hrs.. and no OT.... Most imp first 15 days salary are hold and not relase... Ye co. Me bhul ke bhi mat jao pachtaoge bahot... A co. Ko bann kar dena chahiye... Aap lhud jaaoge to pata chalega...

It's good working with Poonam Enterprises I learned lot of skills.especially how handle work load and every day is new project i have to learn new things.

Dislikes

It's small scale industry there is no PF and There is No paid leave,only Thursday will be weekly off these are the things i dislike in Poonam Enterprises

Management has always been receptive to Employee thought process. Though , not engaged with Poonam for over a year but presumably, Company will take care of Employee Interest ,during Lockdown period.

Dislikes

I have experienced delayed Salary and Settlement of Travelling expenses which may be due to limited manpower at HO.

Hello, Current offer from CG - Total 21.5L, fixed as 19.4 and rest bonus Retention offer from Deloitte - Total 19.1, fixed as 15.5 and rest bonus (4L) I understand the offer is less but my manager explained that Deloitte's hikes are better in the market and on an average, I can get 15% every year with good performance. The same hikes in CG are around 5-6% so financially, my salary growth will definitely be more in Deloitte. Please give me suggestions. I have good management and projects in Deloitte with WLB but I would like to have some perspective on offered CTC too
