... senior like me. Company not provided Maternity leave as per government policy. They paid only 3months basic salary.

Pondy Oxides and chemicals limited (POCL) It's a traditional work culture company and management will ask your caste and if you are Iyer, they will select you for sure. But they will say it's a corporate company. They won't all any employee to eat based on their wishes. You have to bring only veg and Non - veg not allowed. Job security : they will keep all employees under fear and ready to sent them anytime. Company policies: policies are there only in paper , but not to follow.

This company have to improve lots in area of work culture and corporate behaviour is expected.

I had freedom of time, I enjoyed working on the accounting software,overall it was satisfactory.

Dislikes

They gave me the most freedom of time,but I was underutilized in the beginning due to non understanding of the self and the superior. After I found foot, it was fruitful to me and to the corporate office. Later I was not used due to lack of understanding and a mistake I committed due to immaturity but I left the organization less heartedly
