Pondy Oxides and chemicals limited (POCL) It's a traditional work culture company and management will ask your caste and if you are Iyer, they will select you for sure. But they will say it's a corporate company. They won't all any employee to eat based on their wishes. You have to bring only veg and Non - veg not allowed. Job security : they will keep all employees under fear and ready to sent them anytime. Company policies: policies are there only in paper , but not to follow....Read More

Switch to HCL or Stay in CTS?

I'm presently working with Cognizant at a package of 5.08 LPA remotely with almost 4 yrs of experience in Service Desk.Recently I've received an offer from HCL as a Senior Analyst at a package of 7.2 LPA in Service desk domain but it would be 5 days work from office . I feel that the package is a bit low in HCL as I would be working from the office all days of the week.And also I might be due for promotion in Cognizant in March 2025 which might raise my package to 7 LPA There's also a 12 month service-bond agreement with HCL Kindly advice on what I'm supposed to do Thank You
