Good for starting. But anyone couldnot stay here for long time. Salary is too low with the high work pressure. After one year there is no salary increment but appraisal is taken.

The polytechnic college are in field in education so unlimited learn via college

Dislikes

Compensation is decent but growth rate is little slow job security is other big problem face at any time there are no latest technology is provided to improve our knowledge
