Company is good for learning but compensation is really bad.

Dislikes

appraisal won't happen on basis of your performance. They dot want to retain good employees for long hence will not give appropriate appraisal. Culture is also not good. Managers blame everything on people below and never take responsibility. Departments blame each other for any customer escalation.

Likes

Teammates are supportive. For the career startup company is good for freshers.

Dislikes

... inside the company. Appraisals are not fair & they don't give bonus every year. Monthly salary slip is not provided by the company. Poor Canteen facilities.

I have given some years to this company and this company has taught me a lot that's why I like it very much

It's not that I don't like the company but there is something somewhere that I want to leave the company

Likes

There is a great deal of freedom to experiment and experience. The management team is very open to ideas and do not hesitate to give an employee another chance. The technology and product portfolio are exceptional and a great deal of emphasis is placed on modernization and new product portfolio development. A very good learning atmosphere.

Dislikes

There are a fair few things that can be improved on but none that I can say that one will dislike.

Good company to work. It is now a MNC...!!! New opportunities are available every time. Well experienced staff. Motivative peoples are there for helping new commers. overall it is good.

Dislikes

There are some internal issues in company. At my working time I did not got the response for my work. But now I think the situation is changed and the working conditions also look good.
