This company is very nice for carer growth.

compensation is decent, but growth is slow. The work pressure is very high. Sometimes, I have to work 14-18 hours straight in a day as I have to attend client calls in the evening and sometimes late into night. Managers do not value an individuals.

The company is totally one man based. They just take calls without listening to you. Pathetic culture, massive mis management, no resolution, no any solution to your problem, 6 days week, no one can decision except top management, in telecom division you have work for 9 to 9 and no any recognition. Even for leave and mis punch and other issues you have look for other faces and give justifications. Al in nut shell is worst company to work I have ever seen
