Lot of things, too much politics in upper management, lot of ego issues, HR and IT useless department but still get importance. Too much favoritism this will kill good employees, No proper work life balance etc..

Over Machinery No headache for production compared to other industries. Good for taking experience. Its cable school.

Salary Difference for the same role. Fresher will take more salary than experienced one.
