Company not Belive you If you are working with last 25 year or 15 year, if any one say that person are took a mistake then immediately fire without any reason. MD and ED Also Involves all activity and They also not belive your work and faithfull.
If any one say about your self then they believe immediately and take the action.
No one appreciates you if you done good job or work. But if you have mistake take immediate action against you.

Inter plant movement is required frequently there. There is a bond of 3 years before which you cannot resign. There is lot of politics. Career growth is very slow.
