I like only my work nothing else because seniors are not supportive, sometimes I faced it's very hard to take breaks even if we need to go for lunch and there is too much call flow, seniors are just like that we don't care it's are duty to not to drop a single call in between employees are facing hustle to take breaks, we need to ask 1000 times and if employees mark break in their system without asking so senior mark an email against him or her, and max times I personally felt that seniors have something personal in there Head for me because they never ever allow me for any break, I always have to ask 10-15 times then these people are like "ok you can go". I've some medical issues, and I always ready to provide my medical doc. But my senior is like " this is not valid, anyone can make this *means if I'm providing a doc. Even it is single page but Dr's stamp is there then after, they always have some problem and work culture is also got worst these days.

...home because there is work flow and this extra time never consider as over time. They are planning for how to cut salary of employees but also not planning how to increase salary. I'm submitting this but please don't discover my name anywhere coz no one wants to speak about al these things.

This company is the best in terms of Salary and Incentives.. If your only aim is Money than No one can beat Policy bazaar.. I have personally seen hard working people taking incentive of over 2 lakhs on average regularly.. You can clear your Debt in the shortest period possible..

Money Comes the hard way.. No one can earn money by working 8 hours only.. Having said that you have to work 10-12 Hours to earn that extra Money

Terrible working hours , does not give 2days week off. Taking 9 hours of work every day . In between they started 5.5 working on Saturdays just for fun ,within month they stopped it. Team manager and TL are poorly managed and distribute paid leave as they giving from their own pocket.

...ood working hours schedule. They pay good paychecks and pretty good incentives. Salary comes on time not like other "startup"

Company hierarchy is bais on the executive or agent level basis of CRT (customer relations team), company has a very strict policy to work for 6 days to just validate a punchline that states "We work for people for 365 days,7 days a week",no festival off are given to the associates,there is a influential and bais role of HR with the hierarchy regarding agents,sometimes the hierarchy uses it as a tool to demean the agents and sometimes they use it to make office culture more dirty,the company very prominently
