This company is the best in terms of Salary and Incentives.. If your only aim is Money than No one can beat Policy bazaar.. I have personally seen hard working people taking incentive of over 2 lakhs on average regularly.. You can clear your Debt in the shortest period possible..

Money Comes the hard way.. No one can earn money by working 8 hours only.. Having said that you have to work 10-12 Hours to earn that extra Money

Zero work life balance Leave issued Worst HR management no one going to support they only support management Company culture not so good There are no time management they force you to do work 12 hours shift even girl too in inbound process Gurgoan if you complain HR for this they will not support for this even vc and avp.

Never join this organisation. You will join after getting good hike but after 2 or 3 months you yourself will decide to resign or company will issue pip or take resignation from you. I owe my life to it. Our company is good if someone wants to work without distraction. If you have a lot of expectations from your life but you are not ambitious and you are not willing to put efforts than don’t even think to join it. But if you dare to work out of your comfort zone without being allied to gossips and all the stuff then this is heaven. Our CEOs vision has envisioned my life that’s why I am so optimistic and positive about my company. I do my job as I am running my own business. The managers are not the bosses they are like my elder brothers.
