There work culture is worst there is no work life balance and people dont know how to talk to their subordinates they are treating people like a machine . Even the words which they used is terrible for the ears sometime and the work is also monotonous so no chance for learning

...m senior. They are like chawl aunties sitting and commenting on unwanted things. Worst experience and if notice period not served then they will deducted amount from fnf and asking yo pay additional amount for not servicing period. No 1 fraud . Its not policybazaar its fraud Bazaar. No recommended for freshers. Please go somewhere company not here. It's big hell. No future no motive to work on this company.

As it is a indian start-up, working there feels like we contributing to nation development and pride.

Dislikes

There is no travel compensation and no cab or shuttle facilities. So communicating daily is a hassle.

no work-life balance in fact your TL will ask you to sit for extra hour for the booking. they treat you like a robot like if your tea break is of 15 mins then its 15 only you can't do it 16 and in 15 min you have to go to the cafeteria and have tea or food what ever you want to and come back to the floor. They use to do micro manage the things.
