Policybazaar gives a good salary and insensitive which no other company gives. If someone really wants to earn money then join Policybazaar because it is the best company in Gurgaon. It also gives job to 12th passed people.

Dislikes

The timing here is bad, some people are allowed to rock till 9 o'clock if their target is not achieved. Be it a girl or a boy, they stop everyone, it doesn't matter to them whether you come or pass out of fear.

Mostly the thing that I love working in this organisation is getting salary on time without and discrepancy.

Work pressure, No work life balance, Delay in promotions are the two major factors for disliking as of now.

If you are ready to do your 12hrs job then you will get good salary only. in which there is no personal life.

I never be recommended to anyone. work jn sales because of Pb Operations management is very pathetic. My assistant manager is not aware about how to treat with employees because of his target only. He is always poke the advisors in every 2 hrs. There is no personal life. ....Manager's never understand their employees are also human beings. very pathetic.

If you are fresher, that's a great opportunity for you learning about insurance sector and corporate. U can make good amount money/incentive it's totally depends on your potential and also depends on the lead quality ( grade-1) lead. if you are doing good makes sales, more opportunities will open for you with this company.

...hey told you. But in 2-3 starting month no - very less pressure on nesting span. So you can learn about insurance sector and if you don't work in policy bazaar take your salary and join anywhere else.
