No job security Poor Management process No clarity about job role No support from Reporting Manager/Seniors My suggestion to all employees who are willing to come from Insurance company. Never join this organisation. You will join after getting good hike but after 2 or 3 months you yourself will decide to resign or company will issue pip or take resignation from you. Policybazaar gives a good salary and insensitive which no other company gives. If someone really wants to earn money then join Policybazaar because it is the best company in Gurgaon. It also gives job to 12th passed people.

The timing here is bad, some people are allowed to rock till 9 o'clock if their target is not achieved. Be it a girl or a boy, they stop everyone, it doesn't matter to them whether you come or pass out of fear.
