...to work with them then definitely that is going to be value addition for growth. Salary and appraisal is good and on time, which is quite good. Business people need to travel a lot because of work nature. This company is good if you join buisness team rather than rechnical one. If you do late stay then company takes care of your fooding and transport. Friday is fun activity for employees.

Dislikes

Work environment is main concern in policy bazaar. In technical team also you will feel like call center environment. Managers are so called manager, they don't have trainings for new role either in technical or managerial role. You can find employees for a long time and they are quite well in creating dependency. Infrastructure is also a concern which could take many more years. With recent firing it seems job security, you can think of. In one liner, they have money however process is far away from their dreams and professionalism in same way.

...e of same age bracket, MANAGERS very understanding and very helpful in growth. SALARY GOOD PACKAGE and the timings of salary, your salary will be credited on 1st of the month if it's Sunday on 1st of the month then your salary will be credited on Saturday evening but no delay will occur Week offs yes they are rotational but on 2 week offs really helps me in living my life out of job only INCENTIVE I didn't earned anything yet in my last 9 months 😅 but yes I do have some common friends who joined two months ago and got 80k as an incentive. My point is just there is huge potential in earnings Appraisal twice in a year What else do I need ?? I guess less Target 😂

What I do not like about this company will be , honestly I am thinking of that because it generally don't comes to mind because if it has it is very few . Sorry but even after thinking for 5 minutes I couldn't find anything bad , However some people may say pressure is huge but guys it's sales and sales is what feed whole company so you will have to make numbers not only in this company but any company you go, comparably Policybazaar manager are kind and helpful when it comes to sale

I like only my work nothing else because seniors are not supportive, sometimes I faced it's very hard to take breaks even if we need to go for lunch and there is too much call flow, seniors are just like that we don't care it's are duty to not to drop a single call in between employees are facing hustle to take breaks, we need to ask 1000 times and if employees mark break in their system without asking so senior mark an email against him or her, and max times I personally felt that seniors have something personal in there Head for me because they never ever allow me for any break, I always have to ask 10-15 times then these people are like "ok you can go". I've some medical issues, and I always ready to provide my medical doc. But my senior is like " this is not valid, anyone can make this *means if I'm providing a doc. Even it is single page but Dr's stamp is there then after, they always have some problem and work culture is also got worst these days.

No value for hard work, too much deduction in salary , no work life balance, too much pressure, bas work culture, harrasment by leaders, no leaves ,over all now company is not for work, it's only place for being exploited.
