You have to work approx 12hrs a day (9:45am-9:00pm sometimes after 9pm also) continuously for minimum 7-10days according to your roster (don’t think about taking a leave on Saturday and Sunday even if it is urgent also) if you need an emergency leave you have to tell them before 2 weeks( don’t know how is that possible). The working hours mentioned in JD are different but the manager will not allow anyone to leave the office unless you have a sale everyday even if you have achieved more than your monthly target. We will feel like we are in a prison, someone who has self respect cannot be able to stay there. Managers are like - we lost our work life balance anyway we will ruin yours(employees) also. Mental torture is another trait. And a big guy comes from Gurgaon just to roar towards employees. You will feel good about company at the training period but after 1 month you will see their real side and most of the employees unwillingly stay to avoid a career gap.. I got a career gap but still happy that I was not stuck there .

If you are fresher, that's a great opportunity for you learning about insurance sector and corporate. U can make good amount money/incentive it's totally depends on your potential and also depends on the lead quality ( grade-1) lead. if you are doing good makes sales, more opportunities will open for you with this company.

...hey told you. But in 2-3 starting month no - very less pressure on nesting span. So you can learn about insurance sector and if you don't work in policy bazaar take your salary and join anywhere else.

I've been working with the org from past 1.5year and had amazing time learn so much about the insurance sector making more friends colleague got the salary on time with lucrative incentive. overall I've spend good quality time with the organisation.

So as i've shared my likes about the company i would love to tell about some other scenario, so what was not ok on the org is about there management of the group they will give you chance only if you treat them like they are king, they are not so supportive to the employee even the HR dept is not stand by for the employee, they are not giving you any kind of leave untill any serious kind of issue you are not facing, apart from that the organisation is still good but the management team is not good,

Likes

Working environment is good and teammates are really supportive. Salary structure and appraisals are fair and provides a massive incentive criteria.

Dislikes

No job security is there moreover there is no work life balance. Personally not much satisfied with that.

Good Environment and culture management is supportive. Salary Hike and Bonus every year.

Dislikes

As it is a Sales process. So it will be little hectic but if you are getting good perks and benifits and salary Hike then we can ignore little things.
