The biggest relief was that our salary happened on-time even during work from home. I was a bit apprehensive in the start, but there were no issues on the salary front. It served to be a big support during the pandemic time.

The work culture is not as per I wanted.

...their policies frequently only for their benefits. Appraisal system is very bad. After appraisal they don't give the salary the next month, they give the incremented salary after 2 months. They give good ratings to only a couple of people who are close to senior management. An if you are honest to your work and you don't do buttering then you will not get good ratings. If you are on bench they can fire you anytime and they force them to spend time in office more than 9 hours else they fire them.

Performance based variable pay is offered to us. It's generally an extra income that you can generate through your best performance. It's challenging, but equally motivating. You get this benefit at the end of the year and company pays it fully. I have being getting advantage of this benefit and I am happy with it.

It is taken can of well due to the policies, and there is no need to worry. Salary does not miss the date. An inclusive Vega-HR system is deployed and it serves to be a connect between the employees and the HR. Happy with the facilities and their caring attitude towards us is worth appreciating...

If deadline of multiple deliverables falls on the same date. It becomes quite hectic...
