The work culture is not as per I wanted.

...their policies frequently only for their benefits. Appraisal system is very bad. After appraisal they don't give the salary the next month, they give the incremented salary after 2 months. They give good ratings to only a couple of people who are close to senior management. An if you are honest to your work and you don't do buttering then you will not get good ratings. If you are on bench they can fire you anytime and they force them to spend time in office more than 9 hours else they fire them.

Likes

Take care of freshers. Skills improved. Work life balance. Seniors are reachable and helpful. Not strict timings. Promotion and appraisal are fair enough. People Manager is associated with every employee.

Dislikes

Salary is low. Some clients are over exploiting. 2Lkahs bond for 2 years is worst policy. HR policies are not good, Need to be implemented in support of employers.

... work environment, No time for social life, Poor management , Low appraisal, No hike during promotion, Zero benefits, Required to complete 9 working hours every day even if average time is more than 10 hrs per day, Too much work load, Imbalanced hierarchy: other than few top and senior level 90% of workforce is Analyst i.e. lowest level.

1. Fresher training was good, learned a lot about Qlik Sense BI tool, however I don't see a good future in this tool. 2. Colleagues are friendly.

Dislikes

1. Low pay and low appraisal 2. High attrition - Everybody is either fresher or a manager, very few middle level employees. 3. Unnecessary boundations and tasks - Do scrum, fill the same in their online portal 4. Long reimbursement procedure 5. Low level thinking of management. They try to fool you or demolarise you. 6. Deployment to Onsite project as a 3-4 years experienced even if you are a fresher.

Likes

Performance based variable pay is offered to us. It's generally an extra income that you can generate through your best performance. It's challenging, but equally motivating. You get this benefit at the end of the year and company pays it fully. I have being getting advantage of this benefit and I am happy with it.
