It's a good company for Freshers. Offers decent salary comparitively. Timings are strict, nobody asks you to do Overtime.

Zero Skill Development. You have to work brainlessly with people who are not even qualified for the job. Don't stay here for a long period of time.

Higher management is good, timely pay and benefits. All efforts are made to improve company stake and provide benefits for all the employees. Good place to learn and upskill if you can put extra effort after finishing your work.

The middle level management is spoiling the party. Too much politics, favourism and greed there. HR's works for those low level managers and not for the company or mass of the employee. Usually, they will support each other in misconduct or safeguarding each other mistakes. They always tend to mislead higher level management with misleading data (often showing one side of story). Hard work and knowledge is ignored over personal recommendation and smartness(which can be defined as taking credit of other's work or misconduct).

The base pay is very high considering they will even take 12th pass without making a fuss. They do tend to keep you on 3 month contracts at the start and keep you on contract for a year or two before making you a 'permanent', but your position isn't at risk most of the times, your bosses will give you plenty of support and warnings if you tend to make mistakes at the start. The team leads and managers are mostly supportive and understanding.

The job has the same downsides as most customer support jobs, rolling schedules, 9 hour shifts, constant nagging about numbers each hour (though you can mostly just ignore the productivity metrics if you are performing with very high quality but at a slow pace). The appraisals you get will be negligible unless you can secure a promotion.

Provided work from home for 7 months, work is chill 80% of the time , but the other 20% it will be extremely stressful.

Dislikes

Lot of cost cutting around many places. Don't even provide devices which pass minimum requirements required for project. And the quality of the quality assured is not good. They don't take proper interviews, and they hire pretty much anyone irrespective of their skills.
