Higher management is good, timely pay and benefits. All efforts are made to improve company stake and provide benefits for all the employees. Good place to learn and upskill if you can put extra effort after finishing your work.

The middle level management is spoiling the party. Too much politics, favourism and greed there. HR's works for those low level managers and not for the company or mass of the employee. Usually, they will support each other in misconduct or safeguarding each other mistakes. They always tend to mislead higher level management with misleading data (often showing one side of story). Hard work and knowledge is ignored over personal recommendation and smartness(which can be defined as taking credit of other's work or misconduct)....Read More

I liked the work culture at Pole To Win India Pvt. Ltd. The company policies were okay and the management was pretty good, I must say. As a gaming company, the clients are really cool and we sure have lot of opportunities on our way as goodies and also as in career growth.
