...anner how to talk with there employees they treat there employees like a labour. There words are "You don't have the capacity to earn this much salary i think you should get 10k" they always shouts and they call there employees like "areyy usko bulana" as we don't have our names. They intentionally delayed there employees salary i mean seriously they do payment in the mid of the month. They don't provide offer letter, i mean just think a small startup company also provide offer letter neither they provide Joining letter nor any kind of agreements. Overall this is the worst company anyone have ever experienced

Start up company, lot of scope to learn and experiment. Overall great learning experience from software, operations, resource management. Goals defined are very clear and specific.

Dislikes

Primarily no posh office space typical start up with keen eye on spending.
