There is nothing to like about this company at all.

I dislike everything, it is the most uncultured, unethical, the most unhygienic place to work and they do not even respect other people no matter who that is ..there is no growth possible here because they never give opportunity to learn and grow.. they don't treat they colleagues and juniors as humans and are very disrespectful towards them and it is a very bad working environment where they do not boost your confidence. I would recommend please think 10 times before joining here.

I was really happy & satisfied working with Polar Engg. & Auto Industries as i got to learn all the basics like Kaizen, Poka Yoke etc which enhanced my career

Nothing to dislike about the Polar industry. It is THE BEST platform for learners.

One of the wrost company i had ever seen, terrible. Uncultured management,wrost management, they don't follow any rules. I had complaint in labour commissioner office.

Growth is slow. When production decreases company will give the break for employees for few days

Good company for freshers to learn about press shop, welding shop, paint shop, enamel shop, assembly shop ,tool room and design dept.

Seniors and MD. Play game with freshers to leave company after down schedule of next moths
