Hi, I'm currently drawing a salary of 27.7 (25.3 is fixed) LPA in my current organization and I got a new offer for 39LPA (33.3 is fixed and 1L joining bonus total 40) I'm almost going to complete by 2 years in my current organization and overall I have 11 years experience as QA. There is nothing to like about this company at all.

Dislikes

I dislike everything, it is the most uncultured, unethical, the most unhygienic place to work and they do not even respect other people no matter who that is ..there is no growth possible here because they never give opportunity to learn and grow.. they don't treat they colleagues and juniors as humans and are very disrespectful towards them and it is a very bad working environment where they do not boost your confidence. I would recommend please think 10 times before joining here.

One of the wrost company i had ever seen, terrible. Uncultured management,wrost management, they don't follow any rules. I had complaint in labour commissioner office.
