Very worst office I saw. Over working hour, worst salary, not like proper it company, no new technologies, they treat you like slave, they use you when they want, after their work get done they will throw like a dustbin. Mayandi does not know how to treat employee, and his wife also worst. Most of the people wasted their life by joining this company. Don't trust them. Kindly join any good company. I give 0 star only if any options available. First time facing this type of worst company. Wasted my 1 year by working here.

Poket technology work culture is very good and it has pleasant environment. No work pressure and work life balance. Overall very good company and Management is very accessible. Learning opportunities are very good. It is a good place to start your career if you have just graduated out of college. If experienced it's a good place to learn new technologies.

I have joined as fresher after completing the internship, but here I have gained knowledge and experience is tremendous. I have got assigned to new projects and the guidance and support gives me much confidence to explore my knowledge to next level. People working here would not get into bias issues like any other firm, people would be treated equally of any level is a plus point. I would recommend to people who wanted to shine in their career in all aspects in a short period of time.

I don't see any cons. People who have the confidence to score up in their career with proper guidance and support can join. The reviews will be given on the task periodically for their improvement only not for the discouragement, that should be taken in their minds is very important.
