Hi, I'm currently drawing a salary of 27.7 (25.3 is fixed) LPA in my current organization and I got a new offer for 39LPA (33.3 is fixed and 1L joining bonus total 40) I'm almost going to complete by 2 years in my current organization and overall I have 11 years experience as QA. Senior managers will not look after your work, they will simple choose a team member among you, who will be given all rights to distribute work and judge your performance. In my case the team member who distribute the work, was very selfish guy. He usually gave those task to other members of team which has client dependency. And he assigned task to himself which is very easy and can be completely with less dependency from clients. In this way , he was exploiting other team members. He was very very selfish guy. The management doesn't ask our problems, they only listen to that guys. And finally I was fired on the false feedback and due to politics done by that guy.
