Everything. There is no career growth. They will find as many reasons as they can to deduct your money from salary. No pf, no job security. Three months notice period without any reason. They will deposit your one month salary and if don't serve notice period of three months for whatever reason they will not give your money back. They will also hold your salary in your notice period. No increment more than 1000 rupees per year. You will not get any leave for three months after joining. No vacations whatsoever till you complete your six months. And no leaves in your notice period even if you have balance leaves. They will torture you for everything in notice period.

...y will keep u in mid term and they will remove the post any time . Late payment. They will not return your balance or deposit salary. Be careful. Don't submit any documents. If u are in this school pls search better option.

...oesn't address our issues and teachers and authorities - no-one helps eachother. Also salary is not decent and slow career growth.

The higher authorities maintain non-interference and allow you to work well. Excellent courses and good working environment

Dislikes

The co-ordinator is given too many powers which she exercises inappropriatly. A graduate not my subject is monitoring my academic performance is totally wrong.
