Lot of politics. Managers has their favourite people marked and they will see only their benefits. I worked on both their projects but they told me to resign saying I didn’t do good job and then promoted my teammate who worked on only 4 pages. Also my salary was deducted during covid times saying it’s deferment will be returned. But never received it back. I have 65000 pending which was cut in the name of deferment. After 2 years also no news about my hard earned money.

The company grow up, good education system, technical institute, I.T.U., good team teaching, good teameork, security of tenure,career to bigger, salary , to do good work ,appraisal to have valued by ecoect,, much travel overseas,political analyst,learning difficulties , quick learner, working environment To performe well, to make innovation in ...,work-life balance carried forward.

Large amount teannates, i feel very bad training job, carrers guidance not grown, travel expensive, learning working slowly, slow down, environment background noise,innovation in techonology , work-life balance to point out.

...uested it was not fulfilled and no cooperation found between the high authority. Even after serving my notice period, I received my salary for the last month after four months.

Need to be more structured. Voice from all level of employees should be reachable to the top management.

A great school where you can learn new things, new ways of teaching. In Podar they follow proper working time, you will get proper vacation and holidays and vacation salary also. They conduct online and offline training of the teachers to enhance their knowledge.

Dislikes

...ary. Some time they are giving unnecessary training which is just waste of time. Salary increment is not proper they are giving 8 to 15% to employees. But for new joiners they are offering more salary which was not fair for employees who are working from 5 to 10 years.
