It was a wonderful journey at Podar International School.It was a great and huge organisation and an awesome platform where I got to learn many new things which are further helpful to me in my profession.

I found difficult to further proceed or to get more upgradation so needed to quit.

I would like share one thing that i dislike it is about separation policy. Teacher should not quit the job until and unless he face the exit interview because it is Institutions loss because Institution is spending a lot on different training programs , giving good platform to showcase their skills etc. Reasons should be asked for leaving if it is rational then ok . Rest is excellent.
