Hiring and firing, humiliation from manager without any reason, unpleasant surprise with immediate termination without any reason or notice, in the name of contract pick level of exploitation. No personal growth, No quality audio production. Most of everything politics in work place.

...job, but the targets are so unrealistic that you end up working on weekends too. If you don't achieve the targets they cut your salary. People can die working like this.
