There is nothing to like here.

Dislikes

Paycut if you don't achieve the targets. No work life balance, No paid leaves, No pay hikes, No Job Security, Work will not get complete. Worst of all is there is no work pipeline. They claim 5 days a week job, but the targets are so unrealistic that you end up working on weekends too. If you don't achieve the targets they cut your salary. People can die working like this.
