Good company to work, friendly environment. Best thing is, During COVID times there was no reduction in salary, got paid without doing any work, it was like simply sitting monthly getting, and management was so kind towards employee during COVID time, which is really highly appreciable.

Timings 10-5:30 , salary on time

Dislikes

Never follows there own timings which they mention in offer letter usually it's 10-5:30 but it always stretch by 2-3 hrs without getting paid for it and it's seems you are a puppet for them. On appraisal they will show there real face. Assignment is done to ensure employees cannot complete it with in 7 hrs, 10 hrs daily shift, once a person is hired and if they cannot stretch daily they make him/her resign by frequently taking feedback meetings and scolding.

... learn but work here is monotonous. CSM are overburderned with unimportant work. When it comes to raising salary the seniors look for silly reasons and won't give you hike. There is too much politics and favouritism. During COVID times there was no reduction in salary and salary was credited on time which is highly appreciable. There is no training accept one they give you before joining.

The Q exemplar is a parameter that will judge you every month for work done by you. This makes us enemy of our counterpart we are in race where we want to get more marks as compared to our counterpart and leading to doing of only work that's gives you marks and leaving the rest to other. There is no monetary motivation for retaining customer even incentive for fixed deposit business is very low as compared to what they give to brokers, sales personnel. This JFM 21-22 they have cancelled our all leaves include Saturday and Sunday. They can any time drop mail that we are working leading to no work life balance. There is culture of sitting late at night in office even if there is no work. Females are asked to sit atleast till 10 pm on closing. Team outing are cancelled and foundation day celebration is also cancelled from past two years
