It's a central government scheme.the aim of the scheme is to provide job to the youth after providing training which is given pmkvy center.I worked as trainer over 2 years.I trained more than 500 students.This scheme is benefited to only pmkvy center owner not for trainer

Every thing is good except salary.we work for 8 hours daily I get only 8k

I'm like good thing learning everyday new challenges and I explore my work knowledge and to much pressure handling with team work , supported all time multiple times multiple role ready for new knowledge it's was good for me👍

Dislike mobilization and consoling front desk IT and soft skills Trainer I think they work a lots for give company , as per my thinking they I deserve more respect and salary also good for employees those work in this field like me . And I think company is good but centre reposible for good environment for their employees and respect to give and take. Neture. And improve their payment also becoz I think they deserve more they are not extraordinary in this company they are team of company. I'm reason is salary not progress and to much load sorry . But over all every work is good and every work give u more knowledge and experience in work are not wasted one day will you remember and experiences feel . It's was great learning experience explore new knowledge for me one day I will used this knowledge for other work 👍 thank you

The project is for very good reason but it doesn't workout for Indians. Example, the certificate is actually worthless or u heat the least job with it. The knowledge u get from it is least skills. So it's point less. Or it's useful for people who don't know a bit about skills.

Dislikes

It's not going as per the government plan. Salaries are way to less. As the Training partner don't give salasires much for trainers adlnd government doesn't have salary plans for trainers.

...ay that PMKVY is a very good scheme and a lot has been learned by working in it. But there are some things which I did not like, like salary issue.

...ecuity infact you can be fired at any time instead of appreciation of your work. Not getting salary on time(even getting half salary after 6-7 months). Terrible experience.

No job security. No salary for period of months. No growth
