Nothing to like about PMC except work life balance and good HR staff.

Dislikes

Manager was purely non technical.He does not anything technical and just knows how to handle team.I do not understand how commerce graduated line manager handles engineering guys.Very poor and i would not recommend any one who is interested in technical growth to join PMC in the department where i was working.Whenever you go to line manager to arrange some kind of technical training or for some certification ,he just ignores that one.You seem to be frustrated and seem to be limited to process only which is documented.Line manager always was having communication gap in client meeting and accepted everything client told to him to do without knowing the fact that whether people working under him understands the process or not.He tried to be a hero in client's eyes by imposing all the processes blindly and became villain in employee's eyes.He likes people who exaggerate all the things to impress him,does not like the people who speak truth.No team activities ,no team outing ,no training to move into next step into career.No cab facility for people working in 24*7 environment.Shift allowance is almost nothing compared to other MNCs. Terrible experience.PMC is a good company ,other departments are as good as other MNCs.Join PMC only if you are software developer or tester or application support engg.
