Salary Negotiation in an interview
Hi, I have had a first round of interview with the company. And mentioned my salary expectations as 15- 20% from my previous LPA. But after that I feel like I have undervalued my expectations. Being in the field for 9 years with the required skill, considering the market and the prospect company is a well known builder, i should have asked more. Anyway a face to face interview is scheduled next week. How to ask them a higher salary from what I have mentioned earlier. And how much I can ask more. Please help. Thanks in advance.

Dislikes

So Many can't list all of them but the work environment and the owner is extremely toxic. They are only good with their relatives. And on any random day they'll just call the employee in cabin and tell that today is ur last working day send ur resignation. And forces employees to attempt project interviews of 5-6 years and work on the projects while working as intern in company in just 10k salary a month.

Fraud company they just want to earn money by giving fake promises and even also their trainer are cheaters bloody scammers they doing scam by giving fake training of Salesforce they not giving any projects of Salesforce and they training charge of Salesforce and said after selection we will reimburse but nothing they did their teams also frauds bloody cheaters. please i request you dont fall in trap they liers and fraud.
